LEARN
CPR from the CPRCHIC
CPR it is not just for dummies!
You can Learn it too, Do It!

I am a great CPR/First Aid/American Heart Assoc. Instructor, having
done this for more than 25 years as a licensed Respiratory Therapist. CPR is easy to
learn. by following a few simple steps. Establish unresponsiveness. Call for help. Get an
AED if one is available. Open the airway, look listen and feel for breathing, if no
breathing, give two quick breaths, check for signs of circulation (is the victim coughing,
moving, have a carotid pulse or now breathing?). If there is no signs of circulation,
place the heal of your hand in the center of the chest between the nipples. Use your other
hand to hold your fingers off the chest so that only the heal of your hand is touching the
chest. Lock elbows in place and give 30 compression, followed by two breaths. Do this for
5 cycles then recheck to see if victim is breathing or circulation has returned. My
classes are fun, relaxed, and you actually leave with not only a certification card, but a
real sense of knowing you can make a difference. I gear my classes toward the individual
and their needs. I can teach anyone, because I get along with everyone. I come prepared
with all my own equipment...I even have an AED trainer, along with my Annie and Baby
Annie.
Anyone can learn CPR, and EVERYONE should know it. I can make it simple. I provide customized classes given at your office, business facility, or even at your home. The important thing is that you feel comfortable learning this valuable life saving technique in a private environment. I have even been known to make it a CPR PARTY! Learning CPR can be fun, and YOU will feel good about yourself knowing that You can help a Loved One if that need ever arises.
So whether, you need to learn CPR for professional, recertification or just because you have a high risk family member (such as premature infant, or a family member with heart disease) that may need your help. Email me and we can make it happen!!!
I am centrally located in the Highlands Of Louisville, Ky.
